*Unlimited accompanied viewings
*Unlimited tenant checks completed. Tenant checks include, credit check, affordability check, cross referencing with other local agents & Landlords, affordability check, current living arrangements inspected and referencing.
*Tenancy agreement prepared and all necessary paperwork completed
*Bond registered and/or guarantor agreement completed
*Utilities updated with new meter readings and tenancy dates
*Council Tax notified and discount requested on landlords behalf

*Landlord statement provided each month
*Repairs investigated and dealt with accordingly
*Manage any issues that arise during tenancy
*Ensure mid-term property inspections and property test certificates are monitored and arranged periodically
