Once you’ve identified a property of interest, you can submit an application through our website to apply. Once received our team will qualify your eligibility to apply for the property you are interested in. It is important to provide as much information on your application, by being as detailed and honest to assist our team ensure the property is right for you and the landlord.
Once your application has been received and you are eligible to apply our team will contact you to schedule a property viewing. This is an opportunity to ask questions, inspect the property, and get a feel for the neighbourhood. Our staff will be available to guide you through the property and answer any questions.
If you’ve found the perfect property, the next step is that our staff member will pass on your details to our referencing agency, who will send you an email and/or sms with further instructions. you will need to submit certain documents, such as proof of income, identification, and rental history. This information helps us assess your eligibility and ensure a smooth approval process. Be sure to double-check the list of required documents and submit them promptly.

A holding deposit of 1 week’s rent will be payable upon beginning referencing. This deposit will secure the property for you while referencing is being completed. No further applications will be processed whilst we have a holding deposit in place. We will also discuss potential “Moving in Date”
Please note that your holding deposit may be retained if any of the following conditions apply: You supply false or misleading information You fail right to rent checks You withdraw your application You fail to take all reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement In any of the above events resulting in your deposit being retained, you will be made aware with a full written explanation. You may be asked to supply a guarantor who can either be, homeowner, working, or retired from working.
Upon successful referencing we will contact you to proceed.
You will need to pay first months rent and bond (if applicable, if not using a guarantor) This can be done through our online payment. All bonds are registered and protected through MyDeposits and you will be provided with this information.
On move in date, we will meet you at the property, all parties named on the tenancy need to present to sign tenancy on day of move in.
